1. Check before assembly

To check if there are missing, damaged or abnormal parts.

Always remember to wear gloves when assembling to prevent injury.

2. Unfold the Bottom Stand Unlock the locking handle.

3. Assemble the Smoker Body Unfold the Smoker Body and place it on the Bottom Stand with an incline angle. Insert the locating pieces into the slots at the bottom of the smoker body. Lock the locking handle.

4. Install the Hook Hanging Rack Install the hook hanging rack from the top of the smoker.
5. Lid design Greaseproof paper clip is included in the Smoker Lid.

6. Install the Smoker Lid Insert the locating pieces into the slots at the top back of the smoker body, lock the top locking handle after the lid is installed.

7. Install the inner parts

■ Demo of Usage

1. With Winnerwell Stove

① Stove legs must be fixed to the ground by Pegs to reinforce the stability and to avoid the risk of stove toppling.

② Remove the top lid of Winnerwell® stove.

③ Install the Bottom Stand. Fold the legs of the bottom stand, the arrow marks on the bottom stand and on the stove need to be in the same direction and in alignment, twist the bottom stand to the right position with the locking handle facing the front center.

④ Install the Smoker Body on the Bottom Stand.
⑤ Install the pipe system (airflow controller, standard pipes, spark arrestor) of Winnerwell® stove.
⑥ Adjust to close the airflow controller, and start to enjoy the happy time with Winnerwell® Fastfold Smoker.

2. With a gas burner It can be heated by external heat source (gas, charcoal, etc).
3. Free-standing

■ Function Introduction

1.Function as a Hot Smoker 

As a Hot Smoker, the heat can be supplied by Winnerwell® stove or by external heat source like gas. 

When use it on a Winnerwell® L-sized stove, remove the top lid of the stove, the charcoal inside the stove firebox will supply heat to the smoking wood tray inside the smoker.

2.Function as a Warm Smoker

No external heat sources are needed. Light the smoking wood on the smoking wood tray and start the smoking process at a low temperature level.

3.Function as an Oven

Use it on a Winnerwell® L-sized stove as an Oven. When the wood inside the stove firebox is burned into charcoal, remove the top lid of the stove and install the smoker, remove the smoking wood tray inside the smoker, place food such as pizzas, beef, pork, chicken, ribs, etc directly on the net rack for baking as a charcoal Oven.

Please read the “Precautions for Use” in this manual carefully and fully understand it before use. 

Please keep this paper properly for the convenience of reading before each use.

■ WARNING

For Outdoor Recreational Use Only. It may cause carbon monoxide poisoning when using it in a narrow space or a place with poor ventilation, it may also cause fire, oxygen deficiency, etc.

■ NOTICE

● Operate the unit on a stable, level, non-flammable surface. 
● The Smoker shall only be used in an above ground open-air environment with natural ventilation. 
● Please use it in a place more than 60cm away from the inflammable materials and no items above.
● Please wear heat-resistant gloves or protective oven mitts when operating this Smoker. 
● DO NOT use this unit in a manner other than its intended purpose. 
● DO NOT store this Smoker near petrol or other flammable liquids or where other flammable vapors may be present.
● DO NOT leave the Smoker unattended when it is in use. 
● DO NOT leave hot ashes unattended until the Smoker cools completely. 
● DO NOT allow children to use it alone. Adults should always check and make sure it is safe. 
● The Smoker will get very hot when in use, do not handle it before it cools completely. 
● Use caution when lifting and moving the Smoker to avoid strains or back injury. 
● Use caution when opening the door of the Smoker while in operation. Keep hands, face and body safe from hot steam or flare-ups. DO NOT inhale smoke.
● All care and maintenance procedures are to be performed only when the Smoker is turned off and cooled.
