Winnerwell® products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal outdoor use conditions.
What Is Covered
During the warranty period, Winnerwell® will, at its discretion:
- Repair defective products
- Replace defective parts
- Replace the product if repair is not possible
Coverage applies to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material or workmanship issues under normal use
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use, misuse, or modification of the product
- Damage caused by accidents, fire misuse, or negligence
- Improper maintenance or storage
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (if applicable)
Warranty Conditions
To claim warranty service, please ensure:
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Product was used according to the instruction manual
- Issue is reported within the warranty period
