■ Assembly Instructions

1. Unfold the legs of the stove.   

With height-adjustable legs, the stove can be placed and used on table top.

When the stove stands on the ground, you can purchase Winnerwell® Woodlander Pizza Oven Extension Legs SKU910479 separately if more height adjustments are needed.

 2. Install the pipes—two ways of installation are designed to meet different conditions of use. 

If rain proof is not needed, install the pipes by male end wrapping the female end.

When female end wraps the male end, the pipe system will be rain-proof (please avoid this way when smoking food). Winnerwell® Woodlander Pizza Oven Rain Cover for Spark Arrestor SKU910477 should be purchased separately to achieve the rain-proof purpose. 

■ Function Introduction

Please be aware to wear heat-resistant gloves during the whole operation process to avoid scalds or burns. 

1. Baking Pizza After igniting the stove, evenly preheating the Pizza & Baking Stone. Temperature of included thermometer and the pizza & baking stone changes over time as follows:

Rotate the pizza during the baking process to ensure that the pizza is evenly heated. 
Perfect pizza with authentic taste can be baked ready in about 4 minutes.
 
If you are more like to use the traditional pizza stone, you can purchase it separately, and cook pizza by replacing the stainless steel stone with the traditional stone. 12-inch / 13-inch round pizza stone can be used in general, other shapes of pizza stone should be selected reasonably according to the arc size of the baking chamber.

2. Grilling Vegetables or Meat

 Grilling vegetables or meat in the pizza chamber. 

3. Stewing 

 Stewing in the pizza chamber. Lid or cover is recommended to be used over the cookware to prevent ashes into the cookware. 

4. Smoking

Add smoked wood in the firebox, two layers of smoking grates can be placed inside the pizza chamber with drip pan underneath (sold separately).

When smoking, please make sure that the pipe installation is the male end wraps the female end, and remove the spark arrestor. 

After smoke generates, close the airflow controller and the air vent on the door of the firebox.  

5. Stove Top Cooking Versatility

You can use the top to fry, grill, stew, brew coffee, boil water, etc. The removable top cover allows open flames lick the bottom of your cookwares directly.  

6. Boiling Water

Winnerwell® M-sized Water Tank SKU910314 and Winnerwell® L-sized Water Tank SKU910313 (sold separately) can be hooked at the rear of the stove to serve the hot water.  

7. Larger Firebox

If you want to create a larger firebox for more flames and heat, you can replace the pizza stone with Winnerwell® Woodlander Pizza Oven Large Firebox Grate SKU910478 (sold separately) inside the pizza chamber. Max.50cm long wood/logs can be horizontally stoked to make an integrated firebox.  

8. Frying or Grilling by Pizza Stone

Use the Stainless Steel Pizza&Baking Stone to fry or grill, two grasping handles are left on both sides of the stove. Please remember to wear heat-resistant gloves.  

 Warnings & Notices

■ Please read this entire manual carefully before assembling and using this stove. Keep 
children, furniture, fixtures and all combustibles away from the stove.

■ Failure to follow instructions in this manual could result in property damage, bodily injury or even death. For your safety and protection, please read and follow all these instructions.

■ The stove is designed for outdoor recreational use only, which is not intended for use in residential dwellings. It’s forbidden to use in air-tight environment, possible spillage of carbon monoxide will be life-threatening.

■ Never use gasoline, gasoline-type lantern fuel, kerosene, charcoal lighter fluid, ethyl alcohol or similar liquids to start or “reignite” a fire in the stove. Keep all such liquids well away from the stove while it is in use. 

■ Check the spark arrestor and stove pipe sections daily for excessive creosote build-up andclean daily to prevent clogging and to reduce the risk of chimney fire. 

■ Never build an excessive fire, use firewood full of pitch, or burn coal in the stove. This can create excessive heat, turn the stove cherry red, and potentially warp and damage the stove. 

■ Do not burn red the stove body or the chimney pipe. If the stove body or the chimney pipe turns red, please reduce the wood inside the firebox immediately to lower the temperature of the stove, otherwise it will be easy to cause a fire and the stove will deform heavily after cooling off. 

■ Never attempt to move the stove or pipe sections while the stove is burning. Always ensure thestove has fully cooled before moving. 

■ When installing the Spark Arrestor, please attach guy ropes to 3 eyelets at the bottom of the Spark Arrestor to keep your flue pipe stable in high winds. Windy conditions may cause the stove pipe to shake and move, which may create an unsafe situation. Consider additional guy ropes on your tent in high winds to maintain stability and to ensure the safe use of the stove. 

■ Never leave the stove burning unattended. 

■ Not intended for use by children under 16 years of age.

■ Stove components may have sharp edges or corners, be sure to handle them with care to
prevent injury.

■ Remember to open the stove door slowly with the airvent wide open to reduce smoke spillage.
